Leading the professional and technical team is Mr. E. A. Osarenkhoe with brief resume below.
Mr. Eddie Osarenkhoe – MD/CEO He studied Accountancy at Auchi Polytechnic Auchi, where he obtained the Higher National Diploma in June 1980. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Taxation, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also holds an MBA from Edo State University. His working experience of over three decades cuts across Accounting, Tax Management, Audit, Treasury and Investment Management, Human Resources, Administration and Management / Financial Consultancy.
Mr. Osarenkhoe’s working career started with Bendel Insurance Company Plc, Benin City, where he left in 1993 as AGM (Audit) to Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Plc as DGM (Finance and Administration). He later left the Insurance Industry for Consultancy in January 2000 and started with Index Consulting Limited, Lagos and later moved to Jireh Consulting in 2001.
He later incorporated a firm of Financial / Management Consultancy (TFS Limited) in February 2003 which brought to the fore opportunities in the financial sector which ultimately resulted in the formation of TFS Finance Limited. He is the foundation MD/CEO of TFS Finance Limited from 2005 till recently when he was elevated to the board, and now back to further expand the scope of operation of TFS Limited.
Mr. Osarenkhoe has attended many Local and International courses and seminars in Management, Insurance, Finance and SME Project Financing/Management. He is also a past President of Finance Houses Association of Nigeria ( FHAN) Mr. Osarenkhoe is happily married with children.
